Waiting List

The first step to placing your child into Jellybeans Family Daycare is to place your details on our waiting list. Phone 1300 153 559 24hrs 7 days a week and and we will take your details and place you onto the waiting list.

Once a suitable position is available you will be contacted by your closest available Jellybeans Care Provider to arrange for an interview time. This time will allow you to meet your prospective care provider and view their childcare environment.

Once you and your child are happy with your Jellybeans care provider you simply complete the enrolment process .

Enrolment

Simply attend one of our offices and complete the enrolment process. You will need to bring the following;

• Your Childs Birth Certificate
• Your Child's immunisation record or blue book
• Your child's customer reference number (CRN) from centrelink
• Your (parent claiming CCB) Customer reference number (CRN) from centrelink
• Medicare number
• Contact details for next of kin and emergency contact numbers.

There is a one off $50.00 enrolment fee for your child (eftpos available) .

We will guide you thorugh the enrolment process and answer any questions you may have.

Your child will recieve a Jellybeans T-shirt and Sun safe Hat . You will recvieve an enrolment pack with a host of information to welcome and your child into Jellybeans Family Daycare.
